We typically respond within 1–2 business days. During heavy shipping days or weather-sensitive periods, responses may take a little longer, but we do review customer messages carefully.

For order or shipment questions

Please include your order number, name used on the order, and a brief description of the issue. If you are contacting us about a plant that just arrived, please include clear photos of:

  • the plant as received
  • the original packaging
  • the shipping label

Arrival issues must be reported within 24 hours of carrier-marked delivery so we can review the plant in its original condition.

Nursery and shipping note

Tulsi Grove is an FDACS licensed nursery. We ship live plants in compliance with applicable nursery, agricultural, and shipping requirements. Some destinations or situations may have additional restrictions, especially where agricultural rules, weather, or transit conditions create added risk.
